Our client is one of the world's leading foodservice companies providing food and support services to clients and customers in the workplace. They operate contracts within schools and colleges, hospitals, leisure facilities and defence locations. It's a fascinating and complex business which is always looking to add exceptional talent to their team.  

Your main duties will include:

•           Managing an extensive catering and retail operation across multiple business & industry clients.

•           Supporting the delivery of operational objectives.

•           Continually review all units and contract performance to identify areas of improvement.

•           Identifying customer requirements and continually deliver above expectations.

•           Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.

•           Identify and develop new business opportunities.

•           Manage the financial performance to ensure that targets are met.

The Person

•           Previous experience of managing large groups of staff.

•           Experience of working within a complex multi-site environment.

•           Managing client relationships.

•           You will have experience in managing budgets and controlling all financial aspects of the business.

•           Skilled in delivering operational changes.

•           You will possess drive, determination, and innovation in the way you manage a team and client relationships.

•           Must be proficient in the most common I.T packages eg Microsoft Office.

•           For this position, we are specifically looking for a individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and is exceptional at managing client relationships.
