Our client is one of the leading operators of sports & leisure facilities around the UK.  Their portfolio of facilities includes a diverse range of sports and leisure complexes. The Position:
We are looking to recruit a multi site General Manager to run several sports and leisure facilities.
This will entail full operational management of one facility and also oversee the other sites.
Full financial management of a multi million pound p&l.
Leading, motivating and inspiring a large team of staff.
A customer facing, people focused leader is required to maintain high levels of customer service.

The Person we are looking for:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Complete understanding and prior experience of managing a million pound plus business.
Skilled people manager able to lead a large team of staff.
Excellent customer service understanding.
Ability to develop relationships with the council and wider community.
Multi site management experience would be very beneficial.

Salary:
£35,000+ bonus potential
