The Job Role:
Leading the production within the Asian kitchen with a hands on approach
Manage food production with good practices and following health and safety procedures 
Creating and developing new dishes and concepts to customer needs.
Working and liaising with the production team, to implement ideas successfully
Menu and food development

The individual we are looking for will need the following:
Knowledge of Cantonese/Hainanese/Szechuan/Shanghainese/Bejing or as Singapore Cuisine
Excellent culinary experience within properties recognised for quality
Competent in leading a team of people, with mature management skills
Experienced in cook chill operations
Confident personality and comfortable working under pressure
