The Company:

Our client is a branded pub business with an exciting and growing portfolio of well established and sensationally designed operations. They are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join them in one of their Irish themed operations in the city of Leicester.

The Job Role:

As General Manager you will be expected to manage the day to day operation for this high profile, quality driven pub operation. You will have a high degree of autonomy in your role, ensuring that the service delivery and product quality is second to none. You will need to demonstrate a broad range of management skills and have the personality to be able to lead, inspire and develop your team. This role also requires a manager with a strong front of house presence as you will be expected to be highly visible and the face of this business.

You will be a quality led individual with a successful track record in leading successful teams in a high volume pub/restaurant business. We are looking for personality with a commercial edge, obviously you will be passionate about great food and great service but attitude and enthusiasm is the key to success.
