The Company:
Our client is one of the most iconic food and beverage operators in the UK and they are currently seeking talented General Managers to join their business and help them continue their success as a leader within their field.

The Job Role:
As General Manager you will be expected to manage the day to day operation for one of their high profile, high quality gastro pub operations. You will have a high degree of autonomy in your role, ensuring that the service delivery and menu quality is second to none. As general manager you will take full P&L responsibility of the site and undertake all necessary management reporting to your operations manager. You will need to demonstrate a broad range of skills and have the personality to be able to lead, inspire and develop your team.
