The Job Role:
This exciting opportunity involves the daily running of courses whilst working within a team of skilled lecturers. For this specific role there are a variety of cooking classes throughout the day, covering a wide range of food subjects from Asia. These include course in food from China, South East Asia, Tandoori, and fusion. With guidance from the senior teacher, you will take the responsibility in course development, together with holding daily demonstrations and lectures.

The individual we are looking for:
You will need to demonstrate a flair and passion for food, with a thorough knowledge of Asian cuisine techniques?
Have held a senior Chef position for at least 2 years, and be a competent leader
Outstanding product and ingredients knowledge with kitchen skills ideally from a Michelin starred background
Teaching qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to teach in a stand up forum.
Clear communication in written and spoken English
