Our client is a Leisure Property Developer and operate a number of entertainment destinations in the UK.  The sites contain a wide range of leisure attractions, from bowling to rock climbing, Cinema to shopping, restaurants to conference centre….a destination for everyone.  The business is multi faceted and all about people, service and fun!

We are looking for a Business Director to take control of day to day operations of the Sports & Leisure division.  It’s a commercial environment so we are looking for someone who can develop the product mix, drive income and control costs while being highly customer orientated.  The successful candidate could have worked in any customer service sector, but will be highly commercial with strong leadership skills, a flexible and innovative approach and the ability to provide clear direction across the business.
