BarrettClark was formed in July 2001 as a management recruitment consultancy in the broad Leisure Sectors and today we work with clients across Leisure, Sport, Hospitality, Healthcare, Contract Management and have a division developing in the Construction industries.
Simon Clark is the Managing Director and has a broad range of experience gained in operations both in the UK and abroad where he ran resort hotels, bars and restaurants before moving into recruitment. Trained to the highest level Simon successfully established Leisure Recruitment teams in two previous high level recruitment companies before spotting the niche for BarrettClark.
Dewi Jones is the Operations Director and worked in Leisure Operations before moving into Financial Recruitment. He then became the first BarrettClark employee and has progressed into a senior role in the business. Skilled in all recruitment methodologies, he manages a number of key client relationships as well as overseeing the day to day operations.
From the outset we have operated with strong values and ensure that they live in the business every day. We are interested in long term business relationships and doing a solid job for our clients and candidates. Our success is based on an exceptional reputation that we have nurtured from day one.
